The 1948 Circle of Excellence Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Its mission is to accelerate the progression of under represented talent from Alabama A&M University into corporate America. Its aim is to equip these future leaders with the network, mindsets, behaviors, and capabilities needed to achieve their professional aspirations.
